Set up: In a lunge, step on the theraband with your lead foot with the other end in your opposite hand ie: right hand left foot.
Movement: Shoulders back and down, palm facing towards your body exhale and bring your straight arm back as far as it can comfortably go. Alternate hands and feet to complete a set.
Frequency 2-3 times a week. Reps 12-15. Sets 1-3. Tempo 4:0:4:0 Rest 30-60 seconds
